Manheim installed the industry leading CRM, Sales Logix but preferred to use CorBusiness to report of the data coming out of the CRM system rather than using the application based reports.
Manheim has over 300 users using the CRM/BI Reporting solution, with each user being able to build & receive their own reports the way they want them.Delivery is both via intranet & over the Web. Key purchasers can log in at anytime they want & see the status of their orders- in a totally secure environment.
Marketing campaign progress & results can be viewed as soon as the system is updated. Results are communicated throughout the organisation & to key suppliers instantaneously. Full drill down into the data below is possible for each licensed user.
