Just a quick line to say that the two MGE 11kva UPS's you supplied came into their own during December.

Wetherby was subject to a major power outage which lasted over 2 hours.

The UPS's kept my WAN and servers running without any problems.

I found the LCD display which indicates the amount of time left in the batteries most useful. This enabled me to carry out a controlled shutdown of a couple of 'non critical' servers one and a half hours into the outage. My remoter users didn't even realise there had been disruption to the power.

We have a vacancy for an experienced self motivated trainer who will help our customers to get up to speed on the Network toolsets they have invested in and to assist them to obtain quick functionality returns on investment early in the technology adoption process.Encourage the customer to invest further in our Value for Money technologies.The trainer would get to know the customer prior to purchase by assisting with presales activities.This position would suit someone based in the North West or the Midlands.

We see this specialist of being key importance in confirming customer confidence that they have made the right decision in purchasing technologies from Jigsaw Business Networks, at a very early stage in our relationship with the customer. All customers want to maximise the value that they derive from their purchases and our presales and post sales specialist would take a "hands-on approach" to steer the customer along the right path to ensure that maximum value to the customer is achieved. Most of our customers have purchased multiple technologies from JBN and we take this as a positive endorsement of our approach- and we strive to improve on a day to day basis.
